I must reread Daphne du Maurier's "Rebecca" every other summer or so.
i think i'm going to try and get through all of those! they sound so good! i hope the summer is long enough!
Dandelion Wine is one of the best books I have ever read! In a very cruel move, my 11th-grade English teacher had us read this book in the spring. The school year never creeped on so slowly as it did that year. Bradbury's intensely vivid imagery made us all helplessly long for the innocent freedom of summer.
I enjoyed "The Secret Life of Bees," "Garden Spells," and "Dandelion Wine" as well. I look forward to checking out the others.
